Instructor: Matt Biagi This multi-age physical education class is designed for homeschool students in grades 7–12 and offers a dynamic blend of movement, skill-building, and fun. Whether your student is just beginning their fitness journey or looking to refine skills and stay active, this course promotes personal growth, teamwork, and lifelong wellness through engaging physical activities. Each session includes warm-ups, strength and cardio circuits, sports fundamentals, and recreational games. Students will have opportunities to develop coordination, set personal fitness goals, and explore a variety of movement styles—from traditional sports and team games to yoga, dance, and outdoor challenges. Junior high and high school students will be grouped appropriately when needed to ensure age-appropriate instruction, challenge, and encouragement. All activities can be adapted to different ability levels, and the focus is always on participation, confidence-building, and having fun while staying active. This class supports the development of: Physical fitness and motor skills Teamwork, communication, and leadership Self-awareness and goal-setting A positive relationship with movement and wellness No athletic experience required—just a willingness to move, try new things, and grow stronger inside and out!
Participants must currently be in grades 7 to 12.
