Instructor: Matt Biagi Welcome to High School Physical Education – where movement meets motivation! This course is designed to empower students to take charge of their personal fitness and well-being through a wide variety of engaging physical activities. Whether you’re training for a sport, learning new lifetime fitness skills, or just discovering what kinds of movement you enjoy most, PE is your space to grow, move, and thrive. Through individual and team-based activities, students will: Develop and refine movement skills across a variety of sports and fitness activities Build and assess personal fitness using goal-setting and progress tracking Understand the connection between physical activity, mental health, and lifelong wellness Practice leadership, communication, and teamwork in both competitive and cooperative settings Explore strategies for staying active beyond school and into adulthood From strength training and cardio circuits to team sports, yoga, dance, and outdoor recreation, this course encourages you to find your path to lifelong physical activity. You don’t have to be an athlete—just be ready to move, challenge yourself, and discover what your body and mind can achieve.
Participants must currently be in grades 9 to 12.
