Description

World History, Culture and Geography: The Modern World: 

In this course, we’ll use projects to learn about the revolutions occurring in the world, the scientific and technological changes, and the lead up to capitalism. Using projects, we will uncover the causes and outcomes of World War I and World War II. We’ll read excerpts from first and secondary sources and use art, stem challenges, and role play to understand and demonstrate our learning.

 

This course will be heavily project based, while meeting all applicable state standards. This class will follow the A-G standards of World History.

Participants must currently be in grades 9 to 12.
